Terms of Service — OwnSuiteBook

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using OwnSuiteBook, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Service

OwnSuiteBook provides salon management software including online booking, inventory tracking, client management, and payment processing tools. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for all activity under your account
You must be 18 or older to create an account
You must provide accurate business information
Keep your password secure; notify us immediately of any breach

4. Payments and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.

Client payments processed through Stripe are subject to Stripe's terms of service. We are not liable for Stripe service interruptions.

5. Client Data

You are responsible for your clients' data and obtaining any necessary consent to collect and store their information. Do not input data you do not have the right to use.

6. Prohibited Use

Do not use the service for illegal activities
Do not attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the platform
Do not share access credentials with unauthorized parties
Do not send unsolicited communications to clients

7. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days.

8. Limitation of Liability

OwnSuiteBook is provided "as is." We are not liable for lost revenue, data loss, or indirect damages. Our maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 3 months.
