By creating an account or using OwnSuiteBook, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
OwnSuiteBook provides salon management software including online booking, inventory tracking, client management, and payment processing tools. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel within the notice period stated in the booking policy. Remaining balances are due at the time of service.
Payments are processed through Stripe or Square and are subject to their respective terms of service. OwnSuiteBook is not liable for payment processor interruptions.
By providing your phone number and creating an account, you consent to receive SMS messages from OwnSuiteBook. These messages may include appointment confirmations, reminders, cancellation notices, account notifications, and occasional marketing messages.
Opting out of SMS will not affect your ability to use the booking service, but you may miss time-sensitive appointment notifications.
Cancellations must be made within the time frame specified in the booking policy. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in deposit forfeiture. Please contact OwnSuiteBook directly to reschedule.
The service is provided "as is." OwnSuiteBook is not liable for lost revenue, data loss, or indirect damages arising from your use of the service.
Your use of this service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Salon owners and business accounts are additionally subject to OwnSuiteBook's platform terms including subscription billing, data ownership, and API usage policies. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually with no refunds for partial periods.
